Death Cab 2011We are a day ahead of America, but a day behind in our blog. We arrived in Wuhan yesterday afternoon! We had the great opportunity to hang out with my sister last night and eat Texas burgers with smoothies. It is so comforting to see a familiar face in the throng of people here. We were also able to deliver some longed for American items that she needed and share some laughs. She also took us to the grocery store where we were able to pick up a few items for our meeting with Joshua this morning.
One great thing about China is the entertainment. Who needs to spend all that money on an amusement park when you can get the thrill ride of your life in a Wuhan taxi for about eight bucks?!?! Nothing like dodging live people, near misses with walls and buses, and driving on the wrong side of the road! What an adventure!
